摘要：目的 探讨腹股沟斜疝无张力修补术128例围手术期护理体会。方法 从2014年3月～2015年8月于我院进行腹股沟斜疝无张力修补术治疗的128例患者中按入院编号随机选取64例设为观察组，采用围手术期综合护理，将另外64例患者设为对照组，采用围手术期常规护理。结果 观察组患者住院时间与对照组患者相比明显较少，P<0.05。观察组患者并发症总发生率与对照组相比明显较低，P<0.05。结论 临床上进行腹股沟斜疝无张力修补术时，围手术期采用综合护理能有效减少患者术后并发症发生率，可推广运用。
