摘要：目的 探讨血清胆红素与尿酸检测对冠心病的作用。方法 82例冠心病患者与健康人员对比各生化指标分析。结果 观察组胆红素明显低于健康体检者。血清尿酸水平较高(P<0.05)，不同组别冠心病患者血清胆红素与尿酸水平差异显著(P<0.05)。结论 冠心病患者血清胆红素与尿酸水平检测可为临床评估病症程度参考。
