摘要：目的 探讨电视胸腔镜在纵膈肿瘤切除手术中临床应用及疗效。方法 选择运用电视胸腔镜手术切除纵隔肿瘤的122例患者为研究对象，其中男性56例、女性66例，年龄 9～78岁，平均(47.63±15.75)岁，分析电视胸腔镜下纵隔肿瘤切除手术的可行性、有效性及疗效。结果 全组 122例患者均顺利完成手术，手术时间为40～330min，平均(113.07±55.70)min；术中出血量为10～800ml；手术后到出院的住院时间 2～18d，平均(5.58±2.70)d；手术顺利，无手术死亡病例。结论 胸腔镜下纵膈肿瘤手术具有手术创伤小、恢复快、安全有效的独特优势，如无明显手术禁忌，是纵膈肿瘤手术，尤其是良性肿瘤的首选手术方式，可行性及临床疗效肯定，值得临床推广。
