摘要：目的 探讨小儿支气管炎合并心力衰竭的护理方法与效果。方法 收集2013年1月～2014年6月，我院收治的支气管炎合并心力衰竭患儿60例，随机分为两组：观察组30例行综合护理干预，对照组30例行常规护理，对比两组的临床疗效与护理满意度。结果 护理干预后，观察组的显效率为80.0%，显著高于对照组的53.3%(P<0.05)；观察组的护理满意度评分显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论 综合护理干预有利于改善小儿支气管炎合并心力衰竭的临床疗效，和谐医患关系，提高护理质量。
