摘要：目的 探讨联合酚妥拉明、垂体后叶素治疗肺结核咯血疗效、安全性。方法 将122例肺结核咯血患者分为对照组(垂体后叶素治疗)、观察组(垂体后叶素联合酚妥拉明治疗)，观察疗效、安全性。结果 两组总有效率(95.4% VS 78.9%)，不良反应发生率(6.2% VS 26.3%)，P<0.05。结论 酚妥拉明、垂体后叶素联合法治疗肺结核咯血疗效显著，安全性高。
