摘要：目的 应用双腔带涤纶环导管进行血透的患者，导管头破损需要更换导管进行二次插管时探索换导管头的方法。方法 在我科30例需要拔除导管再次插入导管的患者应用新的方法即把破损导管头卸掉，给管腔换上新的导管头。结果 30例患者应用此种方法均成功地进行导管头更换，成功率100%。结论 本手术方法的优点是不需要手术；保护了患者有限的血管资源，减少了患者的痛苦。
