摘要：目的 探讨多西他赛与奈达铂联合治疗晚期非小细胞肺癌的临床疗效。方法 选择78例晚期非小细胞肺癌患者为研究对象，随机分为治疗组(多西他赛+奈达铂化疗)和对照组(多西他赛+顺铂化疗)。比较两组近、远期疗效及不良反应。结果 两组总有效率，差异不具有统计学意义(P>0.05)。两组1年、3年生存率、平均生存时间、无进展生存时间分别，差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。两组不，差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 多西他赛联合奈达铂治疗晚期非小细胞肺癌疗效确切，能降低不良反应。
