摘要：目的 研究多潘立酮联合其他药物治疗胆汁反流性胃炎的临床效果。方法 选取我院2012年5月～2013年4月我院收治的100例胆汁反流性胃炎患者作为研究对象，随机分为对照组和观察组两组，每组50例患者。对照组胆汁反流性胃炎患者采用多潘立酮联合硫糖铝进行治疗，而观察组胆汁反流性胃炎患者使用多潘立酮联合铝碳酸镁，观察两组胆汁反流性胃炎患者治疗的总有效率和胃镜征象。结果 观察组胆汁反流性胃炎患者治疗的总有效率和胃镜征象以及各项监测指标均明显优于对照组胆汁反流性胃炎患者(P<0.05)。结论 针对胆汁反流性胃炎患者，在临床上使用多潘立酮联合用药治疗，效果显著，能够有效改善患者的胃镜征象。
