在儿科病房实施优质护理服务效果分析(1)
摘要：目的 为患者提供"优质高效满意放心"的医务服务。方法 选择我院儿科住院患儿124例分为对照组62例(实施常规护理)，观察组62例(实施优质护理服务)，比较两组的满意度和护理质量。结果 观察组住院患儿家属对护理工作满意度≥98%，护理质量考核成绩为93.1分。结论 通过优质护理服务的实施，提高了护理服务质量，达到患儿及家属满意。关键词：优质护理服务；满意度；儿科护理
