摘要：本文通过对比中美医学生临床教学的异同，即进入临床学习的时间、学习内容、教学形式、考核方式、学生特质、学习态度、职业前景及教师职业环境等，结合我国目前部分医学院校存在的问题，探讨医学生临床教学的改革措施，为改变目前临床教学的弊端和切实提高医学生临床技能提供借鉴与参考。
