摘要：目的 了解抗结核药物性肝损伤(drug induced liver injury，DILI)患者住院天数及其影响因素。方法 研究140例抗结核药物性DILI病患者的临床资料，采用多元线性回归模型对患者住院天数相关影响因素进行分析。结果 抗结核药物DILI患者住院天数的中位数为20多元线性回归方程Y=13.787-0.119 X8+0.923 X7(Y=住院天数，X8=年龄，X7=肝损治疗天数)。结论 抗结核药物性DILI患者住院天数与护肝治疗天数正相关，与年龄负相关。
