结核患者HP阳性率及抗痨治疗对幽门螺旋杆菌的影响(3)
总之，结核患者比普通人群HP阳性率高。"异烟肼，吡嗪酰胺，乙胺丁醇"对幽门螺旋杆菌没有影响； "链霉素，利福平" 对幽门螺旋杆菌轻度影响；"左旋氧氟沙星" 对幽门螺旋杆菌有显著影响(喹诺酮类抗生素可影响小儿软骨发育，故18岁以下的结核患者，孕妇，哺乳期妇女禁用)。结核患者规范抗HP治疗可以改善食欲，改善精神状况，改善体力，改善免疫功能，故对结核病的治愈是有帮助的。
