摘要：目的 探讨PBL(Problem-based Learning)教学法在基层医院低年资护士培训中的应用方法及效果。方法 选择2012年1月～2014年12月在我院工作的96名低年资护士为研究对象，随机分为实验组和对照组。每组48名。对照组护士使用传统的一带一培训模式，实验组护士运用PBL教学法进行规范化培训。比较两组护士护理理论知识考试、实践技能考核成绩和患者满意度。结果 实验组护士护理理论知识、实践技能考试成绩均高于对照组，患者满意度明显优于对照组，两组比较差异显著，有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 在基层医院低年资护士培训中运用 PBL教学法，能够明显提高低年资护士的综合素质，改善患者就医体验，提高临床护理质量，保障患者安全。
