摘要：目的 探讨加味三香汤治疗脾虚痰湿型功能性腹胀的的临床疗效。方法 选取在我院诊断为脾虚痰湿型功能性腹胀患者84例，随机分为两组，两组对比治疗。结果 与对照组相比较，观察组患者21w后的有效率明显较高，结果有统计学差异(P<0.05)；观察组患者症状改善积分明显高(P<0.05)。结论 加味三香汤治疗脾虚痰湿型功能性腹胀明显优于枸橼酸莫沙必利分散片治疗疗效，明显提高临床有效率、缓解患者腹胀症状，应在临床推广使用。
