摘要：冠心病(coronary heart disease，CHD)发生率与病死率明显上升，它是危害人类生命健康的常见病。PCI术是目前冠状动脉病变患者的重要治疗手段之一，但PCI术后再狭窄发生率依然较高，PCI术后康复已成为关注重点，干预措施有助于PCI术后患者改变不良的行为方式，减少手术后并发症，促进康复与提高生活质量具有重要意义。
