摘要：电镜技术的应用使人们对细胞的超微结构有了更深入的了解。各种细胞器的结构以及其病理状况时发生的改变为人们判断疾病的发生提供了直观科学的依据。本文主要概述了投射电镜观察下内质网的各种超微病理变化。

    Abstract：There is a more in-depth understanding about cell ultrastructure depending on Electron microscope technology. The structure of the various kinds of organelles， and its pathological conditions change provides the intuitive and scientific basis for people to judge the occurrence of diseases. This paper mainly summarizes the ultrastructural changes of endoplasmic reticulum under the projection electron microscope.
