摘要：目的 探讨睾丸微石症与儿童肥胖的关系。方法 对年龄7～14岁的59例正常体检男童及38例肥胖男童的病例资料进行分析，测量身高、体重、腰围，行阴囊超声，肥胖儿童检测空腹血糖、肝肾功能、血脂等生化指标。结果 肥胖组睾丸微石症发生率高于正常组(P<0.05)。在肥胖儿童中，睾丸微石症组BMI、腰围、血脂异常发生率较非睾丸微石症组高(P<0.05)。结论 睾丸微石症与儿童肥胖及其引起血脂代谢异常相关。
