摘要： 目的 找出血型鉴定易出现的常见问题，杜绝输血错误及医疗纠纷的发生。方法 通过2010年～2013年荆门市第一人民医院住院患者血型结果不符进行分析。结果 血型鉴定错误导致备血不充足，耽误输血，异型输血造成生命安全。结论 正确鉴定血型的准确性与输血的安全，杜绝任何差错的发生，保证临床完全及时用血是输血工作者的职责，任务。
