摘要：目的 分析普外科护理潜在的风险，提出有针对性的对策。方法 选取2005年1月～2008年1月我院80例普外科患者，调查患者日常护理中潜在的风险，提出解决对策。结果 护理风险主要有护理人员风险意识不足，普外科人员配置缺乏科学性，普外科护理操作不规范，与患者沟通不足，护理文书不规范等。结论 针对潜在的风险，院方需定期的开展安全教育，进行专业的普外科护理知识和技巧的培训，优化人员配置，来提高普外科护理水平。
