摘要：目的 探讨鼻内窥镜手术对于慢性鼻窦炎伴发鼻息肉患者的治疗效果。方法 选取我院收治的80例慢性鼻窦炎伴发鼻息肉患者，随机分为观察组和对照组各40例。对照组采用单纯的鼻内镜手术治疗，观察组在对照组基础上术前术后加用糖皮质激素，随访6个月，比较两组患者临床总有效率和术后复发率。结果 对照组总有效率为77.5%(31/40)，术后复发率为22.5%(9/40)，观察组总有效率为95%(38/40)，术后复发率为5%(2/40)，观察组治疗效果明显优于对照组，两组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 鼻内窥镜手术对于慢性鼻窦炎伴发鼻息肉患者效果显著，其治愈率高，复发率低。在手术前后加用糖皮质激素能显著提高临床疗效，值得临床推广使用。

    Abstract：Objective To investigate the effect of endoscopic sinus surgery for chronic sinusitis accompanied with nasal polyps.
