摘要：目的 以信息化手段优化唐都医院门诊排队系统，并将方案逐步实施应用到门诊排队系统中。方法 ①优化就诊流程；②加强预约挂号功能；③部署自助终端。结果 实践证明优化后的系统高效率、高质量，更系统化和规范化。结论 优化后的系统能为患者和医院管理者提供满意、高效的服务和支持。
