摘要：目的 探讨苗药狭叶崖爬藤提取物对表皮葡萄球菌的抗菌活性。方法 采用中药抑菌实验方法，对狭叶崖爬藤提取物进行98株表皮葡萄球菌的最低抑菌浓度(MIC)检测。结果 狭叶崖爬藤提取物对208株表皮葡萄球菌中的55株耐甲氧西林表皮葡萄球菌(MRSE)与43株耐甲氧西林敏感表皮葡萄球菌(MSSE)的最低抑菌浓度分别为1185 μg/ml、286 μg/ml。结论 苗药狭叶崖爬藤具有较强的抑菌作用。

    Abstract：Objective To study the antibacterial activity of Tetrastigma Serrulatum extracts on the staphylococcus epidermidis.Methods The bacteriostasis of TCM was tested.The MIC(minimal inhibitory concentration)of Tetrastigma Serrulatum extracts for 98 strains of staphylococcus epidermidis was detected.Results The MIC for 55 strains of MRSE and 43 strains of MSSE was1185μg/ml and 286μg/ml(P<0.05).Conclusion The Tetrastigma Serrulatum has a stronger bacteriostasis effect.
