摘要：利水渗湿法应用广泛，涉及临床各科。眼科常用于多种水肿性疾病。而在眼科疾病围手术中和视网膜激光后，应用利水渗湿法对角膜水肿、视网膜水肿与脉络膜脱离等进行治疗，都获得了满意的效果。眼科手术过程中联合中药治疗，可改善预后、提升视功能，此尝试为眼病的治疗创造了新的方法，不仅有效提高了临床治疗效果，也扩大了中医药的应用领域。
