摘要：目的 探讨儿童在不同麻醉方式下行扁桃体剥离法切除术的临床效果。方法 选取我院2010年1月～2014年12月的扁桃体患儿500例，随机分为对照组和观察组各250例，对照组患儿采用局麻下行扁桃体剥离法切除术治疗，观察组患儿采用全麻下行扁桃体剥离法切除术治疗。结果 与对照组相比，观察组患儿术中出血量较少、术后疼痛反应轻，无周围组织损伤、术后出血及扁桃体残留情况的发生，对患者无精神影响。结论 全麻下手术安全有效，且对患者心理影响小，适合儿童扁桃体剥离法切除术的麻醉选择。
