摘要：目的 对中老年人群骨质疏松性骨折的流行病学进行调查与分析。方法 选择2011年1月～2014年12月我院随机抽取的1858例中老年骨折患者作为研究对象。结果 中老年人群发生骨质疏松性骨折的发病率为21.53%，共400例患者；400例患者中，年龄大于60岁的患者共有235例，占总比的58.75%；骨关节病的发病率最高，占总比的27.75%(111/400)。结论 临床过程中应该加强对中老年患者和骨质疏松性骨折疾病的治疗和预防力度。
