摘要：目的 观察吸氧对减轻Lc术后肩部疼痛发生的影响效果。方法 随机选取我院2010～2015年单纯性胆囊结石行Lc手术的患者共420例随机分为两组为常规组和干预组，常规组术后吸氧4 h 2 L/min；干预组吸氧4 L/min吸氧6～8 h，并鼓励患者早期下床活动。对两组患者进行疼痛评分观察效果。结果 试验组疼痛的发生率显著降低，并且肩部疼痛程度明显轻于常规组有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 LC术后提高并加大吸氧流量可以有效降低肩部疼痛的发生。
