摘要：目的 探究胰岛素泵治疗溃疡型糖尿病足感染的临床效果。方法 收集100例溃疡型糖尿病足感染患者，将其随机分为两组，对照组接受皮下注射胰岛素治疗，治疗组接受胰岛素泵持续皮下输注治疗。结果 治疗组各项指标均优于对照组，差异具有统计学意义，P<0.05。结论 胰岛素泵治疗溃疡型糖尿病足感染的临床疗效显著。
