摘要：总结1例肝衰竭患者人工肝术后，留置股静脉置管，发生深静脉血栓后的护理体会。在做好严密观察患者病情变化，实施紧急有效的溶栓治疗及护理，医护配合良好，术后经过精心治疗和护理，患者未发生滤器移位、局部感染及肺栓塞等严重并发症，顺利出院。
