摘要：目的 探讨老年2型糖尿病患者低血糖症精神病样发作的临床特点。方法 对我院收治的1例老年2型糖尿病患者发生低血糖症时出现精神病样症状进行回顾性分析。结果 老年2型糖尿病低血糖反应症状不典型，出现精神病样发作与老年患者自身的生理、病理特点相关。结论 无精神疾病病史的老年2型糖尿病患者出现精神病样症状应考虑低血糖症的可能，应及早诊治。

    Abstract：Objective To investigate the clinical features of hypoglycemia in elderly patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus. Methods 1 cases of elderly patients with type 2 diabetes were analyzed retrospectively. Results The symptoms of hypoglycemia in elderly patients with type 2 diabetes were not typical. There was a correlation between the occurrence of psychotic episode and the physiological and pathological characteristics of elderly patients. Conclusion Psychiatric symptoms should be considered in elderly patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus without mental illness.
