摘要：目的 了解综合性护理干预对留置尿管患者尿路感染的影响。方法 随机选取33例留置尿管患者作对照组，留管期间给予常规护理干预，另选取33例作观察组，留管期间给予综合性护理干预。结果 观察组患者留管期间实施综合性护理干预后尿路感染发生率为21.21%，而对照组患者实施常规护理干预后尿路感染发生率为3.03%，尿路感染发生率比较有统计学差异。结论 留置尿管患者实施综合性护理干预可减少尿路感染发生几率。
