摘要：目的 探究血清肿瘤标志物联合检测在常见恶性肿瘤筛查中的应用价值。方法 选取2010年1月～2016年1月在我社区进行体检的124例恶性肿瘤患者临床资料为研究对象，并选取同期体检健康者124例为健康组，所有患者均进行AFP、CEA、CA125、CA19-9、CA153、铁蛋白(FER)检测，对比检测结果。结果 恶性肿瘤组患者AFP、CEA、CA125、CA19-9、CA153、FER肿瘤标志物水平明显高于对照组，差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)；恶性肿瘤AFP、CEA、CA125、CA19-9、CA153、FER指标单项检测率均明显低于联合检测率，差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 血清肿瘤标志物联合检测在常见恶性肿瘤筛查中具有重要的价值。
