摘要：目的 评价抗生素治疗急性阑尾炎的临床价值，确立抗生素治疗急性阑尾炎的临床指征。方法 回顾分析于常州市第二人民医院普外科两年间396例阑尾治疗病例，比较200例手术治疗组和196例抗生素保守治疗组的治疗效果。结果 抗生素治疗患者腹痛缓解时间明显短于手术治疗组，189例保守治疗成功，7例保守失败，治疗后随访3例复发。结论 尽管抗生素治疗急性阑尾炎存在一定的复发，但大部分患者经治疗后可明显缓解病情；抗生素治疗前对合适患者的选择尤为重要。
