摘要：目的 探讨护理干预在减少或减轻前列地尔注射不良反应中的作用。方法 回顾性分析2013年1月～2015年1月门诊输注注射用前列地尔患者100例，随机分为观察组及对照组，各50例，观察组在输液前给予心理干预，对比分析两组患者发生不良反应的例数及程度。结果 经过对比分析，观察组发生不良反应明显低于对照组，差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 通过对输注注射用前列地尔患者给予恰当的护理干预，能明显减少不良反应的发生。
