摘要：目的 总结骨质疏松引起椎体骨折的术前术后护理。方法 本组患者男92例，女116例，平均年龄65岁。主要包括心理护理、轴线翻身、预防并发症及再骨折，早期功能锻炼。结果 患者情绪稳定，配合手术，内固定位置好，无并发症发生。结论 术前、术后精心得当的护理指导是预防并发症及再骨折的关键，早期功能锻炼利于肢体功能的恢复。
