摘要：目的 探讨外踝钩状钢板在老年骨质疏松性Weber B型踝部骨折固定中的应用及临床效果。方法 回顾2012年6月～2014年7月，我科收治70岁以上老年骨质疏松性Weber B型踝部骨折44例(T<2.5)，其中观察组应用外踝钩状钢板20例，对照组应用解剖钢板24例，分别从手术时间、术中出血、术后Kofoed评分及并发症进行对比分析。结果 ①观察组手术时间(30.2±11.3)min、术中出血(10.0±3.5)ml均小于对照组(63.5±13.2)min，(35.4±5.1)ml，(P<0.05)；②观察组优良率(Kofoed评分优良率90.0%)优于对照组(Kofoed评分优良率83.3%)(P<0.05)。结论 与普通解剖钢板相比，外踝钩状钢板有手术时间短、出血少、降低术后并发症的优势；同时，观察组在术后踝关节功能方面较对照组也具有明显的优势。
