摘要：目的 探讨马来酸依那普利联合美托洛尔治疗慢性心力衰竭的临床效果。方法 将88例慢性心力衰竭患者随机分为观察组和对照组，对照组给予常规治疗，观察组在此基础上给予马来酸依那普利联合美托洛尔，比较两组治疗效果。结果 观察组患者总有效率显著高于对照组，差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后，观察组的收缩压、舒张压、左心射血分数均优于对照组，差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 马来酸依那普利联合美托洛尔治疗慢性心力衰竭的临床效果更为显著，值得应用。
