摘要：目的 探索诺舒子宫内膜切除系统治疗功能失调性子宫出血患者的疗效特征。方法 对65例行诺舒手术治疗功血患者结果进行分析。结果 手术顺利完成，术后1、3和6个月的有效率均为98.46%(64/65)；闭经率分别为81.54%(53/65)、73.85%(48/65)和69.23%(45/65)。术后1个月、3个月及6个月血红蛋白明显上升，各时间点的血红蛋白比较有统计学差异(P<0.01)。结论 诺舒阻抗控制子宫内膜切除术治疗月经过多近期安全有效，远期疗效需要加大样本量，延长跟踪随巧时间进一步研究。
