摘要：目的 探讨乳管镜检查在乳头溢液病因中的诊断应用，总结乳头溢液患者乳管镜检查的护理配合。方法 对我院70例乳头溢液患者行乳管镜检查，并直视下对乳管镜下病变进行诊断。结果 本组70例中，乳管炎22例，乳腺导管扩张28例，乳头状瘤18例，乳腺癌2例。结论 乳管镜对乳腺溢液患者进行检查较其他检查方法具有直观、有效、准确率高、以及不易损伤乳腺导管等优势。

    Abstract：Objective To investigate the nursing cooperation of nipple discharge in patients with nipple discharge.Methods In our hospital，70 cases of nipple discharge were examined and diagnosed.Results 22 cases of mammary duct inflammation，28 cases of mammary duct dilation，18 cases of papilloma，2 cases of breast cancer were found.Conclusion The advantages of breast cancer patients with breast cancer were examined by the breast duct endoscopy.
