摘要：病案示踪系统能规范、妥善的保管医院病案并使信息得到有效利用，从而满足医院各方的需求。文章通过阐述病案示踪系统的基本原理、功能与传统的病案手工管理相比存在的明显优势等方面，总结出高效、低耗、节能的病案示踪系统不仅在医院等级评审中有技术性要求，也是大数据时代下病案信息化发展的必然趋势。
