摘要：目的 探讨γ-干扰素与伐昔洛韦联用治疗复发性生殖器疱疹的临床疗效。方法 将64例生殖器疱疹复发患者随机分成两组，观察组肌肉注射γ-干扰素100万IU，隔日1次，连用20d；同时口服伐昔洛韦0.3g，2次/d，连服7d。对照组单纯口服伐昔洛韦，观察两组复发情况。结果 观察组复发率明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论 联合使用γ-干扰素与伐昔洛韦是降低生殖器疱疹复发率的理想方法。
