摘要：目的 观察手转胎头术治疗头位难产的临床效果。方法 选取我院近年收治的100例头位难产患者，随机分为对照组与观察组。对照组采用常规生产方式，观察组采用手转胎头术，对比两组患者产后出血率、转剖宫产率，以及新生儿健康状况差异性。结果 观察组各项指标均优于对照组，P<0.05。结论 对头位难产患者采用手转胎头术操作可达到更优临床疗效，新生儿状况更佳，具有推广价值。
