摘要：目的 通过临床相关资料，总结中医针灸联合推拿手法治疗椎动脉型颈椎病的临床疗效评价。方法 从手法选择、疗法配合、疗效判断等方面入手，对近几年来推拿治疗椎动脉型颈椎病的文献资料进行综合概述，结合近1年的中医针灸联合推拿手法治疗椎动脉型颈椎病进行效果分析。结果 中医针灸联合推拿治疗椎动脉型颈椎病疗效确切，安全可靠。结论 应该对各种不同的治疗手法进行系统评价，制定统一的疗效评价体系，为理论研究及临床实践提供参考依据。
