摘要：伤医事件使医务人员内心承受着巨大的悲伤和恐惧，出现不同程度的急性应激障碍或创伤后应激障碍症状。严重事件应激晤谈可以有效减弱应激症状，降低出现继发性心理问题或精神疾病的风险。

    Abstract：Violent attacks on medical workers could make them feel immense dread and sadness， leading to some degrees of symptoms of Acute Stress Disorders (ASD) or Post-Traumatic Stress Disorders (PTSD) as a matter of course. Critical Incident Stress Debriefing(CISD) could not only relieve the symptoms of stress disorders effectively but also reduce the chances of developing risks of secondary psychological problems and mental illnesses.
