摘要：近年来，随着血站质量管理体系日趋成熟，在标准化和规范化有了明显的提升，但还存在不少问题。本文把质量体系文件方面存在的认识的常见的几个误区罗列出来，希望通过讨论能够深化对质量体系文件方面的认识。
