摘要：外耳湿疹是先天性小耳畸形患者运用自体肋软骨行外耳再造手术的术后少见的并发症，其具体发生原因有待探讨，但因其继续发展有导致感染，软骨外露等严重并发症的可能，所以及时妥善的控制湿疹症状以及隔离疑似过敏原阻止湿疹的发展是预防后续严重并发症的重要措施。

    Abstract：Eczema is rare complication of ear reconstruction surgery about microtia patients using autologous costal， the specific causes to be discussed， but because the following infect may lead to serious complications，such as cartilage exposed， etc.， so timely and proper control of eczema and isolation suspected allergens to prevent the development of eczema is an important measure to prevent subsequent serious complications.
