摘要：目的 研究对重症监护病房住院患者实施风险管理的效果。方法 选取我院近年收治的ICU病房住院患者共130例，随机分为对照组(常规管理)及观察组(风险管理)。对比两组护理人员护理质量评分差异以及研究期间不良事件发生率差异性。结果 观察组各项指标均优于对照组，P<0.05。结论 在ICU病房临床护理中加强风险管理能够对护理质量起到明显优化作用，抑制不良事件的发生，具有推广价值。
