摘要：冠心病急性下壁心肌梗死是急诊科常见的急危重症。恶性心律失常是急性心肌梗死严重并发症之一，后果严重，病死率高，如能密切监测急性心肌梗死患者的心电图变化，早期发现，早期救治，能有效地挽救患者生命。通过对我院的收治的1例冠心病急性下壁心肌梗死并发恶性心律失常患者的病例做一回顾性分析，探讨其治疗方法，为临床诊治提供依据。
