摘要：目的 评价纳米铜IUD 和TCu220C IUD的体外细胞毒性。方法 采用纳米铜材料IUD和TCu220C IUD，用细胞完全培养液做浸提介质分别浸提24 h、72 h制备相应浸提液，与L929细胞接触培养，通过采取MTT(四唑盐)比色法测定细胞毒性和倒置显微镜观察细胞形态来进行毒性评价。结果 纳米铜IUD细胞毒性分级为1～2级，TCu220C IUD细胞毒性分级为2～4级。结论 纳米铜IUD较TCu220C IUD对细胞生长情况影响小，细胞相容性更好。
