摘要：目的 评价超声联合超声引导下活检对结节性甲状腺肿块的诊断价值。方法 从我院分泌科收治的结节性甲状腺肿块患者中选取80例，实施超声联合超声引导下活检，对比穿刺结果以及手术后结果。结果 所有患者无阳性病例，病理学结果与石蜡病学结果相符，甲状腺结节直径≤0.5cm、0.5～1cm、1～2cm、≥2cm穿刺病例结果准确率分别为100.0%、97.1%、97.1%。表明直径0.5～2cm穿刺病理结果符合率最高。结论 超声联合超声引导活检可显著提高结节性甲状腺肿块诊断价值，操作简单方便，安全可靠。
