摘要：目的 对比分析Excel支架与火鸟支架术治疗急性ST段抬高型心肌梗死的有效性。方法 将53例接受药物洗脱支架治疗的STEMI患者分为观察组(23例)和对照组(30例)，分别行火鸟支架术和Excel支架术，比较两组不良心脏事件发生情况及生存时间。结果 观察组住院期间和随访期间不良心脏事件发生率分别为4.3%、8.6%，对照组分别为3.3%、3.3%，两组比较差异并不显著(P>0.05)；其中观察组患者平均生存时间短于对照组，比较差异显著(P<0.05)。结论 火鸟支架术治疗STEMI的有效性和安全性与Excel支架相接近。
